Housing
Since 1981, Learning Works has been providing housing for Portland's working families.
Through utilizing economic and social resources, our Affordable Housing Program owns and manages 51 units of comfortable, family apartments. Our 12 residential buildings are located in Portland within easy walking distance to schools, hospitals, restaurants, shopping, and bus routes.
Youth Building Alternatives students work on maintenance, renovation and historic preservation of these properties as part of their vocation curriculum.
